UPDATE: Construction site activity closures 26.03.20

On Monday evening following the PM’s address to the nation we made the immediate decision to close our marketing suites and show homes to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

There is currently no government directive to stop construction sites however we have made the responsible decision to make a phased closure of our sites until further notice.

Earlier this week we began preparing our construction sites to close ensuring that they are left safe and secure. A limited amount of work on some of our sites is still needed to complete the safe closedown and all government guidelines are being followed.

We will provide updates as and when we have them on our website and we will continue to support our valued customers, colleagues and subcontractors.

UPDATE: Show homes and Marketing Suites are CLOSED from today 24.03.2020 but you can view our Virtual Tours from the comfort of your home and speak to our Sales Advisors on the phone.

In light of the latest announcement from the government on new measures being implemented to prevent the wider spread of the coronavirus, we are prioritising the safety of our employees, our communities and our homebuyers.

As of today (24th March 2020), we have made the decision to close all of our Marketing Suites and show homes to protect our employees, our homebuyers and wider communities.

We are still very much open for business through our website, social media and telephone. Our Sales Advisors will be at the end of the phone to answer your questions and to provide you with details on our new homes across the Westcountry. With interest rates reduced and the Help to Buy scheme still available, our team can provide all the information you need to support your research into moving into a new Cavanna Home.
