Holcombe residents get festive with a community Christmas Tree donated by Cavanna Homes

Cavanna Homes is getting into the festive spirit and supporting residents in the village of Holcombe, near the seaside towns of Teignmouth and Dawlish, by keeping a seasonal tradition alive for the community.

Each year, a Christmas tree is provided and funded by residents and placed in the village for the community to enjoy. However, this year Cavanna Homes has proudly donated the Christmas tree to the village, which is placed outside the Lyme View development on Holcombe Road.

Kevyn Dixon, Sales Advisor at Lyme View said: “We’re really pleased to provide this beautiful tree to the community of Holcombe and hope that it keeps their fabulous Christmas tradition alive for another year. It’s already had lots of positive comments from passers-by who have been busy adding their own decorations to the tree, as well as from our new homeowners at Lyme View.”

The Christmas tree has been installed and decorated with twinkling fairy lights by local landscapers, FSL, and the residents of Holcombe are now invited to help embellish it with decorations and ornaments to create a show-stopper tree.
