In January, we opened the doors to our new show home at Equinox I, our development of 79 two to four-bedroom homes within easy reach of the cathedral city of Exeter and close to a 15-acre country park.

Our show home is a four-bedroom ‘Plym’ townhouse with a modern, open-plan kitchen/dining room with integrated appliances and double doors leading into the garden, plus a master bedroom with an en-suite and dressing area, a home office and parking.
