Here at Cavanna Homes, we recognise that the home office is here to stay, but if you don’t want to keep using your spare room as a study space, we’ve designed a bespoke home office to create an ideal work / home life balance in your new Cavanna home.

We’ve extended our garages on selected plots to fit a home office designed by the Gooding Group to include integrated desks, shelving units and other essential fixtures and fittings.

The office set-up is positioned to benefit from natural light with windows, as well as keeping in the warmth during the winter months with insulation, and a smart heater which can be controlled by an app on your phone. Plus, to create the sense of leaving your home to go to work, a side access door has been included in the garage allowing you to leave and lock up your home, and enter your bespoke workplace.

Upgrade options are also available if reserved early enough in the build, and include double power socket outlets with USB ports incorporated, telephone points and hard-wired ethernet outlets providing full-fibre broadband connections, depending on the location of the development. 

Our bespoke home office package is launching this July in our brand-new four-bedroom detached Belstone show home at Bellevue in Stratton, near the coastal town of Bude. Prospective buyers can book their appointment to visit our show home and step inside our new garage extension to explore the design and layout of our exciting new home office.

There’s a selection of options available to suit all requirements and needs, including additional shelving and storage units, wider desks to accommodate a study and workspace for partners or children, and room for extra seating or a breakout area.

It couldn’t be simpler! If you reserve early enough in the build process, all you need to do is tell us which room you’d like to use as a study or gaming room, then speak to our Sales Advisors about our upgrade options. These include furniture choices and fixtures and fittings from our extensive range. Once these have been confirmed, we’ll get it set up and ready for when you move in.
