Visualise your new Cavanna home

Visitors love to walk around our expertly decorated show homes to get a feel of the style and finish, and to imagine what it might be like to live in a brand-new Cavanna home.

We want to make visualising living in a new Cavanna home as easy as possible for our home-seekers, which is why we’re working with View It 360 to use the latest Computer Generated Image (CGI) technology to enhance our photography of empty rooms in completed properties. These stunning images show our new buyers what a finished room could look like once the all-important finishing touches have been added, such as curtains, furniture and light fittings.

“We want to provide our homebuyers with the best and easiest experience of buying a new home and our CGI interior fit-out images are an ideal way to do this. Instead of showing people an empty room, which is often hard to envisage being a stylish living space for all the family, we can now give them a visual picture of the room’s potential”, said Paul Furner, Director of Sales and Marketing at Cavanna Homes.

We currently have CGI interior fit-out images available for our four-bedroom homes, including our Hockinston and Gidleigh house types, and our three-bedroom Wray.

Noel Sexton, Managing Director of View It 360 explained: “To create our virtual staging renders, we take a real photograph and then through our 3D modelling software, we place furniture, curtains, light fittings etc. to showcase how the room would look dressed.

“We’ve produced over 500 real-life virtual tours of show homes and we’ll often utilise a suitable room from a previous virtual tour for ideas and inspiration on how to dress the room, alongside a brief from the client in terms of colours and layout.

“The expectations from buyers for developers to show new and exciting visualisation tools is higher than ever and virtual staging is one of the many ways that we’re able to provide this.”
