Tom and Megan make their third Cavanna home move

It’s a hat trick of Cavanna home moves for Tom and Megan Hall who needed a little more space with a new arrival to their family.

The couple have upgraded from their two-bedroom Rippon home at Bellevue in Stratton, near Bude, to a three-bedroom Steeperton at the same development, following the birth of their daughter Ivy in June this year.

This is Tom and Megan’s third Cavanna home. They started with a two-bedroom Constable at Market Quarter in Holsworthy in 2018, and in 2021 bought their Rippon at Bellevue so that they could move back to their hometown of Bude.

“When I fell pregnant, we quickly realised how much space a little person would take and it was clear we would need a bigger house with an extra bedroom,” said Megan.

“As well as the three bedrooms, our new home has a garage, so we have extra storage space there too. The Steeperton is very spacious, and we both love the layout, particularly the separate kitchen and living room.”

The couple’s latest property is also their third new build home. They love the convenience of having everything how they want it and being able to move in straight away. “We’ve loved choosing our options for the kitchens and bathrooms, and adding extra things around the house too,” said Megan.

“We love Bellevue and the views over the sea are great. It’s very spacious here, especially as you move further into the development. They haven’t squeezed the houses in.”

It’s not just house move number three for Tom and Megan either. Sales Advisor Chris Hodder has guided the couple through each of their Cavanna home purchases.

Chris helped them buy their first home in Holsworthy and when they rang the Bellevue sales office to register their interest in a property there last year, it was Chris that picked up the phone.
