From I to II – a quick hop for Equinox house movers Matthew and Kirstyn

It was a short distance move for Cavanna homeowners Matthew Semmens and Kirstyn Beadman.

The young couple sold their two-bedroom Bray property at our Equinox l development in Exeter and moved into a three-bedroom Bovey style house at the next stage of our development, Equinox ll, which is just across the road.

Matthew and Kirstyn bought their first Cavanna Homes property at Equinox l in February 2021.

“Kirstyn originally saw an advert for the Equinox l development on Facebook and we felt the house was of great quality,” said Matthew.

“The finishes on Cavanna Homes properties are excellent; they have kerb appeal and more of a unique look about them. We both like new build properties too, because they give you a blank canvas that you can make your own.”

Although they only moved into the first home in 2021, the couple realised they were quickly outgrowing it and wanted the extra space that a three-bedroom home would give them. “When we decided to move, we originally wanted the ‘Dart’ property, but when we saw the Bovey style home on special offer with Cavanna, we fell in love with it.

“We wanted to stay in the Tithebarn area too, as we both work locally and obviously, like our first Cavanna property, this couldn’t be better placed.”

The couple also like having a south facing garden and the fact that the Equinox developments give easy access to Exeter city centre, as well as the M5 and A30.

Kirstyn particularly loves the upgraded ‘shaker style’ kitchen in her new home and both she and Matthew say they would ‘absolutely’ recommend Cavanna Homes to friends

and family. “We are delighted with our new home. We love the quality and the finish of Cavanna houses and would not hesitate in recommending them,” said Matthew.
