Advertising for your existing property will start once a marketing price is agreed and a payment of £1,000 has been paid to reserve the plot. This deposit will be held for 4 weeks to reserve the property – should a buyer not be found within those 4 weeks; the agreement may be cancelled and 25% of the fee will be retained for admin costs.

Part Exchange

Your other option is part exchange your house with us here, which removes the hassle of waiting for a chain of purchasers to complete, meaning you can have an uncomplicated sale. We work alongside Moving Made Easy to offer a simplified process:

We get three independent market valuations of your property to establish its worth, and based on these valuations, we will make you an offer on your property. We act as the buyer and take on the whole process – including the chain – and pay all of the agency fees, it is that simple! Once your house has been valued, we will provide you with a formal offer on your current home.
