Cavanna Homes shortlisted for prestigious South West Property Award
Our Primrose Hill development at the gateway to Torquay has been shortlisted in the 2019 Michelmores Property Awards in the category of ‘Residential Project of the Year (36 units and over)’.
Primrose Hill is only one of five developments across the South West to have made it through the judging process, joining the very best residential projects delivered in the region over the past year.
The development of 155 new 2, 3 and 4-bedroom properties is set on a hilltop site, within green, landscaped areas that form an impressive gateway to Torquay.
Homeowners benefit from the footpaths and cycle ways that have been built to connect the development with local amenities.
The site layout and house designs work in harmony with the site’s challenging topography, and surrounding areas make the most of green open spaces and provide a home for nature and wildlife.
Now in their 17th year, this year’s awards recognise commercial, residential and heritage projects completed during 2018.
Ed Brown, Development Manager said: “The Michelmores Property Awards are highly-regarded across the South West and within the construction industry. To have one of our new homes developments recognised is a great privilege.
“We are thrilled that Primrose Hill has made it onto the 2019 shortlist and we are looking forward to the finals in June”.
The winners will be announced at the Michelmores Property Awards Gala Dinner on 13th June 2019 at Sandy Park Conference Centre in Exeter, which will be hosted by actor and comedian, Sally Phillips.
