If you’re looking to move to this fantastic location on the southern outskirts of Exeter, then here’s a handy guide to take you through what you need to know in advance of visiting us.
Step 1 – do your research
Head over to our website and explore the selection of two to four-bedroom homes coming soon.
We have a range of styles and layouts to suit all buyers’ requirements, so take a look and see if we have what you’re looking for in your next new home.
Step 2 – book your appointment
Our friendly Sales Advisor, Liana will be at our Marketing Suite, Thursday to Monday from 10am – 5pm.

Step 3 – what we’ll discuss
Liana will talk you through all our available house types in detail ranging from the two-bedroom Rippon to the three-bedroom Steeperton and the four-bedroom Littaford and many more to find out what’s right for you.
You’ll also be shown the site map, floors plans, the specifications available, as well as the optional upgrades and you’ll be given a copy of the Cavanna @ Elm Park brochure to take away with you.
Step 4 – questions to ask
It’s always handy to come prepared, so if you have questions, this is the perfect opportunity to ask them. We also have lots of information available on our website about Help to Buy.
Liana can also talk you through the buying process and what to expect when buying a brand-new home, especially if you reserve off-plan, and will provide timescales so you can get planning your exciting new home move.
Step 5 – next steps
Once you’ve found your new dream home, we’ll ask to see proof of funds. This can either be in the form of a mortgage agreement in principle or proof of cash funds held in a bank account.

On the day of reservation, we’ll also ask you to instruct a solicitor. If you haven’t got a solicitor already in place, then we can put you in touch with one of our recommended solicitors to help get you started.
