Cavanna Homes retains its 5-star rating from the Home Builders Federation

There are no better judges of housebuilders than the homeowners who live in their properties.

That’s why receiving the Home Builders Federation (HBF) 5-star rating is such an achievement – and why Cavanna Homes is pleased to have once again been given the top rating by its customers.

The HBF’s National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey is one of the UK’s most comprehensive industry research initiatives, with the results relied on by homebuyers as a measure of quality.

This year (2025) Cavanna Homes has achieved the 5-star rating under the guidance of Group Managing Director Paul Moran, who was appointed to the role in September 2024.

Property buyers will soon have opportunities to buy a Cavanna home in a number of new locations.

The show home is scheduled to open this year (2025) at Hollywell Meadow in North Molton, where the first properties will soon be available to reserve. Work has also started at Bickington Park, Barnstaple and Crossways, near Dorchester.
