What happens when I move into my new home?
Once we hand you the keys to your new home, we will stay in touch to help you settle in. Here is when you can expect to hear from us:
- Completion day
- Day 1: Courtesy visit from your Sales Advisor
- Day 7: Appointment with the Sales and Site Team
- Day 20: Introductory call from your Customer Services Coordinator
- Day 50: Follow up call with our Head of Customer Services
- Day 56: NHBC customer survey sent out
