We are now seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Torquay on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will create one of a kind, eye-catching campaigns that showcase our exceptional new home developments.

Managing our daring digital marketing campaigns and sensational social media presence, you will create ingenious ideas for new posts, source images and respond to comments, direct messages and tagged posts.

Building footfall and helping us to knock every one of our targets out of the park, you will write cracking copywriting content for our website and implement innovative ways to give us a competitive edge.

Additionally, you will:

– Establish marketing and advertising budgets
– Use Google Analytics, SEO and PPC to track performance
– Create content for our newsletters

About You

To be considered as Marketing Manager, you will need:

– At least two years’ work experience in a relevant role
– Significant business writing and/or copywriting experience
– Experience in creating and delivering a targeted marketing strategy
– Proficiency in social media with experience handling business posts
– An understanding of customer profiling and market data to drive effective campaigns
– Knowledge of the property market
– Excellent writing skills
– The ability to use Microsoft Office Software
– A relevant industry higher-level qualification
