From Exeter

On the A38 branch left at Manadon Junction, then at Manadon Junction Roundabout take the fifth exit and merge onto the A386. Continue forward on the A386, then at Derriford Roundabout take the fourth exit onto Derriford Road. Take the first left turn onto Plymbridge Lane and bear right where 504K will be on your left.

From Saltash

On the A38 travel over the Tamar Bridge and continue following the A38. At Manadon Junction branch left, then at Manadon Junction Roundabout take the second exit, merging onto the A382. Continue forward on the A386 then at Derriford Roundabout take the fourth exit onto Derriford Road. Takes the first left turn onto Plymbridge Lane and bear right where 504K will be on your left.
