From the M5 take the exit onto A379/Exeter Road signposted Dawlish for approximately 10 miles. Once in Dawlish, turn right just after the Catholic Church of Saint Agatha into Elm Grove Road. Follow this road, then bear right onto Secmaton Lane and Barley Meadow will be on your right hand side.
