From Exeter

Head south on the A38 towards Plymouth. Keep in left-hand lanes and after 3 miles branch left, merging onto the A380 to Torquay. Stay on the A380 for approx. 15 miles until you reach traffic lights. Bear left onto Hamelin Way and then right onto Riviera Way/A3022 to Torquay. At the traffic lights turn left onto Browns Bridge Road towards ‘The Willows’. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Centenary Way. Turn left onto Plantation Way. Primrose Hill will be in front of you.

From Plymouth

Take the A38 heading towards Exeter. At Marley Head Junction branch left signposted South Brent and Avonwick (B3210), then at the roundabout take the 1st exit to B3372. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A385. Follow A385 sign posts and at Tweenaway Crossroads turn left onto the A380. At Churscombe Cross Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A380. At Preston Down roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A380 and at Gallows Gate Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A380. Continue on A380 and turn right onto Riviera Way/A3022 to Torquay. At the second traffic lights turn left onto Browns Bridge Road towards ‘The Willows’. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Centenary Way. Turn left onto Plantation Way. Primrose Hill will be in front of you.
