New homes in Wembdon, near Bridgwater

Work commenced in Summer 2024 preparing for the construction of a new community of 109 2 to 4-bedroom homes in Wembdon, a semi-rural village near Bridgwater in Somerset.

A total of 8 properties will be allocated as affordable housing for local people and will be managed by an affordable housing provider.

The scheme is set in a vibrant rural village with good connections to the area’s cycle routes and 1 mile from the market town of Bridgwater. For commuters, Wembdon is just off the M5 corridor providing easy access to Taunton, Exeter, and Bristol. The nearest train station is just under 2 miles away.

Wembdon is on the edge of Quantock Hills, a National Landscape. The village offers an array of local amenities including a village hall and playing field, parkland, a country pub, a garage and MOT centre, and schools.

Solar panels and electric vehicle charging points will be fitted to a selection of the new homes.

We anticipate our Marketing Suite and Show Home will be open in Winter 2025.
