From Exeter

Leave the M5 at junction 31 signposted Plymouth. Keep in the right hand lanes and continue onto the A38. After approximately 20 miles, take the A384 exit signposted Totnes, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge. Turn left onto the A384 and after approximately 4 miles at the mini roundabout turn right onto the A385 signposted Plymouth. After a short distance you will see Mill Road and Yarners Mill on your left.

From Plymouth

Head north on the A385 for approximately 16 miles. At Marley Head Junction, branch left at the first roundabout take the first exit signposted A385 Paignton. At the next roundabout take the first exit signposted A385 signposted Paignton, Dartington, Totnes. After approximately 4 miles, you will see Mill Road and Yarners Mill on your right.
